Services

Care for balance, strength and getting around

Every service begins the same way: a physical therapist looks at how you move and builds practice around what matters to you.

Balance and fall prevention

One-on-one care for people who feel unsteady, have had a fall or worry about one. A therapist watches how you stand, step and turn, then builds your practice.

Group balance classes

Small seated, standing and walking classes, led by a therapist with an assistant, in our clinic gym or in a senior community.

Strength and walking

Leg and hip strength, stairs, curbs and longer walks, with practice built around what you want to be doing again.

Recovering after a fall or surgery

Care in the weeks after a fall, a hospital stay or a joint replacement, worked out alongside your surgeon and your doctor.

Choosing where to start

Which service is right for me?

If you have had a fall or a scare, start with a one-on-one visit. If you feel steady and want to stay that way, a class may be enough. The front desk can help you choose, and so can the therapist at your first visit.

Do you offer all four in a senior community?

We bring group balance classes and screening days to a community. One-on-one care happens in our clinic. Directors can read how it works on the senior communities page.

Not sure where to start?

Call the front desk and tell them what you or your parent have noticed. They will point you to a first step.
